Job description

The Contract Activation Analyst is responsible for administering Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) contracts within various cross-divisional systems, reviewing price discrepancies, and processing price activations related to these contracts. The role also involves managing GPO and IDN memberships.

What You Will Do:
  1. Process Letters of Commitment (LOCs), GPO changes, and price applications, and respond to inquiries regarding membership or GPO pricing eligibility.
  2. Serve as the subject matter expert and process owner for GPO membership, IDN membership, contract loading, and tiered pricing eligibility.
  3. Support Customer Solutions team members throughout the contract activation cycle.
  4. Collect and analyze data using Stryker's systems and databases.
  5. Provide customer information analysis, including sales data, to evaluate LOC requests from external customers.
  6. Support contract audits with documentation and pricing eligibility data.
  7. Maintain GPO and IDN membership rosters and implement structured processes for internal audits against coding, with routine updates.
  8. Assist in administering GPO and IDN contracts, maintaining pricing in revenue management and ERP systems, documentation, and reporting.
  9. Continuously review and improve internal processes and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Manage relationships with internal teams such as Contracting and Customer Intelligence.
What You Need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management, rebate and fee calculation tools (e.g., Model N), and ERPs.
  • Experience in the medical devices and technology industry, with a focus on compliance and administration.
Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $57,000 - $115,100 plus bonus eligibility and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more. Actual compensation varies based on location, skills, and experience.
