Job summary

Dexian is seeking a contract accounting professional to develop and implement processes for tracking inventory and storage costs while supporting core accounting and project controls activities.

The role ensures project-related financial transactions are accurately recorded, monitored, and reported in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with SAP experience and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA credential is preferred.
• Strong accounting background with experience supporting project- related financial activities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail Orientated.
• Highly skilled in Excel.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP experience is required.
• SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) experience is preferred.
• Power BI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain processes for tracking inventory and storage costs.
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries.
• Complete monthly accruals and account reconciliations.
• Track and monitor invoices to support timely processing and payment.
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and document accounting procedures.
