Job summary

Leidos is seeking a ConMon Analyst to oversee and monitor authorized IT systems for security posture impact across their lifecycle. This on-site role is based in Alexandria, VA and requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility prior to start.

You will analyze changes, assess security controls using tools like Splunk, ACAS, HBSS/ESS, Axonius, and design ConMon dashboards, RMF packages, and continuous monitoring artifacts to support authorization and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; 4+ years of cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Experience with RMF/NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, CNSSI 1253.
• Strong knowledge of security monitoring tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze proposed or actual system changes to determine security impact.
• Assess and monitor security controls across lifecycle to support authorization.
• Develop and maintain ConMon Strategy and SOP; oversee RMF packages in eMASS.
• Create alerts and dashboards; provide real-time security metrics.
