Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer Junior - Continuous Monitoring to support a DoD customer. This hybrid onsite role near Alexandria, VA involves monitoring security controls, developing the ConMon Strategy, RMF alignment, and incident reporting using tools like Qmulos, Splunk, ACAS, Axonius, CheckMark, BURP, and HBSS.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of cybersecurity experience, active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret, and DoD 8570 IAT II

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT-related field.
• Three years of cybersecurity or network security experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• DoD 8570 IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, validate, and monitor security controls using specified tools.
• Develop and maintain ConMon Strategy and SOP for lifecycle IT systems.
• Conduct continuous RMF-related assessments and report status.
• Maintain ConMon Dashboard and track POA&M status and CMRS visibility.
• Coordinate with system administrators to resolve credentialing issues.
• Notify Government within 60 minutes of critical security posture changes.
