Precision Pulley and Idler (PPI) in Humboldt, IA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician to support manufacturing operations and implement improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and productivity. The role involves fabrication, installation, and maintenance of improvement solutions and close collaboration with production teams.

The ideal candidate will have Lean manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to read drawings, use hand and power

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2–3 years related experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings, layouts and work instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify improvement opportunities with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Safety teams.
• Design, fabricate, implement, and optimize workstations and material flow systems.
• Implement and sustain Lean processes including visual management and standardized work.
• Fabricate, modify, install and test improvement solutions and related equipment.
• Operate tools and equipment safely to support continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with training employees on updated processes and procedures.
• Provide production support to meet operational requirements and Continuous Improvement goals.
