Job Summary Job Description Overview The Continuous Improvement Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring implementation and effectiveness of the department performance, data analysis and visualization to establish a continuous performance and process improvement. This role contributes and leads specific deliverables identified, and provides technical support, training, workshops and mentoring as necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or Data Analysis and Performance or related field.
Four (4) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Process Improvement Project Management Change Management Data Analysis Improvement
High school diploma or GED plus eight (8) years of required experience
Associate degree in any field plus six (6) years of the required experience will meet the education and experience requirements.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any field other than those stated above plus four (4) years of the required experience will meet the education and experience requirements.
Master's degree (or higher) in Public Administration, Business, or Data Analysis and Performance plus two (2) years of the required experience will meet the education and experience requirements.
Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or Data Analysis and Performance preferred.
Agile or Scrum Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
$73,590.40 - $91,977.60
