This role sits at the heart of how we operate, improve, and grow as a factory and as a business. The ITM System is our global Lean management framework, guiding how value is created, how teams collaborate, and how results are achieved across the value chain.In this role, you will help shape sustainable and transformational change by strengthening ITM System maturity, advancing process excellence, and driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost. Working closely with the Factory ITM System Leader and cross-functional teams, you will influence how strategy turns into action through daily management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement practices.This is an opportunity to build deep expertise in Lean systems, develop leadership and coaching skills, and become a trusted partner to the factory leadership team. You will be empowered to lead Kaizen events, coach teams, and bring innovative ideas to life in a collaborative manufacturing environment where learning and improvement are part of everyday work.
