Job summary

T1 Energy is seeking a proactive and analytical Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across the organization. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

You will lead Kaizen events, map processes, develop Lean initiatives, and monitor KPIs to quantify impact. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in process improvement are required, with Lean or Six Sigma certification

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Visio, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
