Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist for the Berlin/Millersport area in the United States. You will support manufacturing operations, drive process improvements, and focus on reducing waste, improving efficiency, quality and safety in a GMP pharma packaging setting.

The ideal candidate has GMP manufacturing experience, strong Lean knowledge, and solid MS Office skills. Lift requirements and the ability to read technical documentation are included in the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ yrs experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
• HS Degree or equivalent required; Associate in manufacturing, Industrial Tech or Engineering Tech a plus
• Understanding of performance metrics in relation to manufacturing (scrap, downtime, yield)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, 6S)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience reading technical documentation such as Batch records, SOPs
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Tremendous opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join this established and growing manufacturer in the Berlin/Millersport area!

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will support manufacturing operations and drive process improvements, reduce waste, enhance efficiency, quality and safety and similar duties in a GMP pharma packaging environment.

Pay rate will be $24.35/hr. $2/hr. shift differential for all hours outside of 7am-3pm! Schedule is 3rd - 11p-7a M-F.
