This is a high-visibility, contract-to-hire role where you’ll work directly with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve processes in a regulated manufacturing environment.

🌟 What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Specialist, you’ll support Operational & Business Excellence initiatives across the site by:

• Identifying process improvement and cost-reduction opportunities
• Supporting CI projects from concept through implementation
• Analyzing data and translating insights into actionable solutions
• Creating and delivering clear project updates (progress, risks, timelines)
• Assisting with training materials such as job aids and micro-learning videos
• Collaborating daily with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Critical thinking with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor
• Creative, energetic, and eager to propose new ideas
