Job summary

Dana Incorporated in the United States seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will drive productivity, quality, and cost reductions using Kaizen, DMAIC, and value stream mapping, while mentoring teams and aligning efforts with business strategy.

You will establish KPIs, report to senior leadership, and promote standard work and safety, environmental, and quality standards across sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement continuous improvement plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
Lead cross-functional teams through structured improvement projects using Kaizen, DMAIC, and value stream mapping.
Train and support employees in continuous improvement methodologies, fostering engagement and ownership of process enhancements.
Establish KPIs, track progress of improvement initiatives, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Promote standard work practices and ensure all improvement activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
