Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our client's organization in the Rolling Meadows, IL area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for a sustainable continuous improvement program, including documentation and performance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and communication.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste, improve productivity, and streamline operations.
• Analyze operational data, monitor KPIs, and generate insights to track progress and align with business goals.
• Lead change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for improvement projects. Ensure successful execution and delivery of initiatives.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Operations preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in process or continuous improvement roles.
• Proven leadership experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and project management tools.
