CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
PINE GROVE, PA

As a member of the Continuous Improvement Team, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for implementing a culture of continuous manufacturing improvement using relevant concepts and principles. The role involves partnering with manufacturing leaders to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver measurable benefits across the plants and functions.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Planning, leading, and executing actions to meet established goals.
  2. Managing a review process for selecting, scoping, and prioritizing CI initiatives.
  3. Collaborating with operational leaders to understand and improve the business.
  4. Driving change by communicating plant-wide changes and supporting staff through the transformation.
  5. Improving safety, quality, productivity, and delivery across departments.
  6. Supporting audit activities.
  7. Developing and conducting CI training for employees.
  8. Managing CI reporting activities internally and to Corporate.
  9. Ensuring compliance with Lean, Six Sigma, and Best Practices (LSS & BP).
  10. Mapping value streams to drive cost improvements.
  11. Completing all compliance documentation, including OEA audits.
  12. Leading and supporting key projects within facilities.
Your Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in manufacturing/automotive leadership roles.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Continuous Manufacturing deployment and transformation.
  • Results-oriented leadership with strong impact and influence skills.
  • Tenacity and energy in leading change.
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of CI methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Proven problem-solving skills using scientific methodologies.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing standards, certifications, and process management.
Bonus If You Have:
  • Master's Degree
  • Experience in Textile Industry
  • Black Belt, Lean, or Project Management Certification
