As a member of the Continuous Improvement Team, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for implementing a culture of continuous manufacturing improvement using relevant concepts and principles. The role involves partnering with manufacturing leaders to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver measurable benefits across the plants and functions.
