Job summary

Provisur Technologies seeks a Continuous Improvement professional to drive Lean projects on the shop floor and across global facilities. You will train teams in 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban while addressing root causes to boost safety, quality, and productivity.

You’ll partner with Value Stream leaders to optimize flow, reduce waste, and meet business goals through data-driven decision making and strong leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (i.e., Business, Engineering); or 4–6 years of relevant experience.
  • 3–5 years manufacturing process experience (assembly and/or machine shop).
  • Progressive Continuous Improvement experience with strong business acumen and results-driven leadership.
  • Lean expertise in flow, pull systems, and transformation/change management.
  • Owner mindset focused on driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitable growth.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and collaborate across engineering, production, and quality teams.
  • Strong prioritization skills with ability to set time standards and support manufacturing needs.
  • Skilled in data-driven communication and presenting to all levels of leadership.

Pay Range

$110,000 - $130,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
