Job description

Trillium Flow Technologies, founded on a legacy of premier products and services, provides mission-critical valves, pumps, and aftermarket services for core societal infrastructure that includes water and wastewater, power generation including nuclear power, food and beverage, oil and gas equipment and general industry. The Continuous Improvement Manager will drive process optimization, efficiency enhancements, and performance excellence initiatives to support operational excellence, quality improvement, and cost reduction strategies for the organization.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies, methodologies, and initiatives to drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause analysis to identify improvement areas and develop action plans
  • Implement Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and Kaizen events to streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize workflows
  • Monitor key performance indicators, metrics, and performance data to track progress, measure results, and drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders, supervisors, and employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to employees on continuous improvement tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Communicate improvement initiatives, results, and best practices to stakeholders, management, and teams.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field; Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, or process optimization roles
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements, cost savings, and quality enhancements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector

Salary Range: $130-150k
