Responsibilities

  • Lead policy deployment throughout the organization.
  • Simplify processes and eliminate waste across the supply chain.
  • Drive assigned improvement initiatives to meet goals.
  • Research new technologies to enhance business processes.
  • Lead and coordinate Kaizens and similar team-based improvement activities.
  • Maintain tracking across strategic supply chain continuous improvement projects and communicate on project progress, results, and deviations from the project plan with key stakeholders.
  • Research new technologies and business practices that have the potential to redefine business processes for the company.
  • Follow up and audit processes regularly to ensure results are achieved and sustained.
  • Create, refine, and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for various processes.
  • Partner with various product and process leaders to define relevant KPIs, including input variables, computation, and dissemination processes.
  • Develop training materials and train company employees in continuous improvement philosophy and concepts to drive the development of a CI culture.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for CI methodology, tools, and the implementation of daily process controls to drive operational improvements.
  • Coordinate best practices sharing across locations and business units.
  • Create and maintain a tracking dashboard for all completed initiatives.
  • Mentor Greenbelts and Blackbelts

Overview

Join us as a Continuous Improvement Manager responsible for leading policy deployment, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the company’s supply chain, and enabling data-driven decisions to simplify processes, reduce waste, and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead policy deployment and communicate throughout the organization
  • Lead the development, implementation, and sustainment of continuous improvement initiatives across the company’s supply chain to simplify processes, eliminate waste, improve cost efficiencies, reduce variation, and improve customer experience
  • Drive assigned improvement initiatives to achieve identified goals on time
  • Facilitate identification, scope definition, and prioritization of improvement initiatives through process audits, data trends & insights, opportunity sizing, resource and cost requirements, and customer impact
  • Lead and coordinate Kaizens and similar team-based improvement activities
