Job summary

Permobil seeks a seasoned Lean Master to coach leaders in systematic problem solving and drive continuous improvement across SOPs in the region. You will develop Lean Champions and deploy the Permobil Lean System as the regional lead, guiding Kaizen events and cross‑functional projects to enhance efficiency and footprint planning.

The role requires 10 years in Lean/IE fields, strong PM and change management experience, and expertise in MES/MRP/WMS integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with equivalent work experience, plus 10 years in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
  • Project Management skills.
  • Knowledge of Six‑Sigma measurement and systematic problem solving.
  • Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Change management experience.
  • Project Management experience with documented skills.
  • Experience with forecasting, demand planning, production planning, MES, MRP, and WMS.

Responsibilities

  • Coach managers, supervisors, team leads and key talents in systematic problem solving (e.g., Six‑Sigma techniques).
  • Drive continuous improvement of SOPs and help managers establish standardized work.
  • Develop Lean Champions in the region.
  • Lead and deploy the Permobil Lean System as Lean Master in the region.
  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events focused on developing PLS‑proficient team members.
  • Lead strategic projects such as cross‑functional improvement projects and footprint changes.
  • Lead Six‑Sigma projects with cross‑functional teams.
  • Drive systems to enable operational improvements through well‑justified functional needs.
  • Serve as an active member of the Operations Management team and drive initiatives to achieve short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
  • Instrumentally develop the Operations Strategy for the EMEA region.

Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
