Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• College Degree and/or 3+ years in related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in process analysis and improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, coordinate, and evaluate all manufacturing processes.
• Develop and train on various processes throughout the facility.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and reduce waste/cost.
• Understand production workflow, equipment, and procedures.
