Job summary

Intertape Polymer Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader for the Bardstown site in the Operations department. This exempt, salaried role leads the Intertape Performance System (IPS) and drives the development and integration of continuous improvement methodologies across the site.

You will collaborate with site leadership to identify high-impact initiatives, assure project execution, and sustain progress through change management and training.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
• 5 years of successful continuous improvement experience in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma training preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize high-impact continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure execution of improvement projects and alignment with site goals.
• Provide site leadership for CI activities across functions.
• Sustain progress by integrating learnings and new methods.
• Coordinate with Corporate IPS CI Pillar Team for alignment.
• Communicate changes effectively and manage stakeholder engagement.
