Job summary

Monoflo International Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to align multi-site processes with our growth. You will translate data into useful metrics and lead sustainment initiatives across sites. You will audit processes, develop tools, mentor site managers, and coordinate a Process Improvement Specialist.

Travel quarterly to U.S. locations will be required. Monoflo is committed to growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Familiar with W. Edwards Deming’s System of Profound Knowledge philosophy.
• Self-learner with experience applying knowledge gained.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data.
• Experience implementing process improvements and sustaining results.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with 5S, standard work, visual management, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Travel required quarterly to off-site locations in United States.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational processes and their alignment with Monoflo culture.
• Perform process and sustainment audits to identify improvements.
• Develop tools and metrics to visualize stability of departments and systems.
• Provide insights on current state of processes and collaborate with senior leadership on future state.
• Analyze data from audits and MRP systems to create simple metrics and tools.
• Utilize data to identify areas to focus energy to improve performance.
• Apply sustainment methods to processes and empower owners to apply tools.
• Integrate sustainment tools into Monoflo culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide expert improvement knowledge to department managers and staff.
• Provide direction to the Process Improvement Specialist and coordinate events.
• Maintain and update the organization’s process repository and lead reviews.
