As Continuous Improvement Lead you will support the Head of Production Staff in the development, deployment, and improvement of Anduril’s Manufacturing System (AMS). You will work cross functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Operations Quality leadership and their teams to ensure the successful execution of our manufacturing system and processes. Your role is critical in detailed development, training, and coaching the Operations teams. You will also coordinate with other Anduril site leads to help drive consistency in the approach and execution of Anduril’s Manufacturing System.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
