Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation offers a Summer 2027 Sales Enablement Internship designed to give you hands-on exposure to commercial operations. You will support sales, product management, engineering and customer care teams by developing enablement tools, gathering competitive insights, and running basic analyses.

From day one you’ll work on real projects, attend mentoring sessions, and have the chance to present reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently attending school for a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering, or related field.
• Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Efficient and detail-oriented.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in commercial strategy, sales, or product management.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of sales enablement tools, resources, and reference materials.
• Help organize and maintain commercial data used by sales and customer-facing teams.
• Research and update competitive product cross-reference tools.
• Analyze competitor products, features, applications, and marketing positioning.
• Assist in preparing competitive insights for sales and leadership.
• Develop knowledge of trench drainage, interceptor, and related product solutions.
• Learn key product features, specifications, installation requirements, and applications.
• Participate in commercial process improvement initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to customer experience and commercial processes.

You will have the opportunity to develop a variety of technical, business, and leadership skills during the assignment. The responsibilities the intern supports strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of Sales, Customer Care, Product Management, and Engineering teams. This role provides exposure to commercial operations, competitive intelligence, product applications, customer experience, and process improvement activities. The intern will assist in maintaining competitive cross-reference information, developing product and application knowledge, support commercial projects, and helping create tools and resources that improve business performance. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, the intern will gain valuable insight into how commercial strategies drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
