Job summary

Voith Paper in Appleton, WI is seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern to support the P&S North America team by applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Summary:

The Lean Six Sigma Intern will support the P&S North America team in identifying and implementing process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to learn and apply critical skills in process analysis, problem‑solving, and project management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience or coursework in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
