Saint-Gobain Performance Polymer Solutions in Portage, WI is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost reductions through World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Lean methods. You will lead 3–5 cross-functional projects across molding and extrusion, identify inefficiencies, build a project pipeline, and achieve annual savings targets.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering with 3+ years in process

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence or continuous improvement is required.
• 1+ years of proven cost savings and operational improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead initiatives delivering improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic improvement projects.
• Manage 3–5 improvement projects across molding and extrusion processes and other manufacturing steps.
