Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lean Certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the division’s COS journey and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Analyze current operations using Value Stream Mapping, gap analysis, and Lean tools
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and improvement initiatives
• Coach and train employees and leaders on COS principles and Lean methodologies
• Implement and sustain programs such as 5S, SQDC Visual Management, TPM, and Idea Systems
• Partner with plant leadership to align operational excellence strategies with business goals
• Establish measurable standards and ensure sustainability of improvements
• Mentor plant COS champions and support steering committee activities
