As the first line of technical leadership within the value stream, the Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for reducing unplanned line losses and providing technical continuity to enable consistent performance and delivery of value leadership savings.

The salary range at start is estimated between USD 78,045 and USD 107,309. Compensation may vary based on individual factors such as location, experience, and skills. Additional benefits may include variable pay, health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off, depending on the employment terms.
