Job Description:

As the first line of technical leadership within the value stream, the Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for reducing unplanned line losses and providing technical continuity to enable consistent performance and delivery of value leadership savings.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment
• Project management experience or leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing plant operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to relate to and motivate team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Experience in startup of new facilities
• Prior management experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive loss elimination in assigned areas, including Line Loss Analysis and developing 90-day action plans
• Lead triad (CI, Maintenance, Production) for technical breakdown follow-up and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain all MSE standards (FI, FMOS, AM) for the value stream
• Lead improvement projects to meet annual value leadership targets
• Support capital project activities such as Commission, Validation, and Startup (CVS)
• Champion safety and quality standards within the area
• Manage Continuous Improvement Specialists, including development and performance reviews

The salary range at start is estimated between USD 78,045 and USD 107,309. Compensation may vary based on individual factors such as location, experience, and skills. Additional benefits may include variable pay, health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off, depending on the employment terms.
