Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to drive cross-functional improvements across production and packaging operations.

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Product Management to reduce variation, losses, and to improve overall efficiency while maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in regulated manufacturing, a BS degree, and strong data-analysis and SPC skills.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in regulated manufacturing environment.
• BS from an accredited college/university preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of food/beverage manufacturing processes and CIP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement activities, projects, and processes.
• Schedule, coordinate, communicate, and verify CI activities across the plant.
• Steer plant performance toward current product and packaging specifications.
• Identify and drive improvements in processing, packaging, and sanitation standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve line efficiencies, reduce waste, and optimize production while ensuring quality and compliance.
