The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer for a manufacturing operation in Starkville, MS.

The role focuses on leading process optimization, safety improvements, and capital projects from planning through startup, delivering measurable efficiency gains. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a preference for Chemical Engineering, plus experience in chemical processing or similar industries and a strong background in process safety and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Chemical Engineering strongly preferred.
• Experience in chemical processing, chlor-alkali, TiO₂ pigment production, or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proven background leading process improvement or capital projects from planning through completion.
• Knowledge of PSM, PHA, and MOC programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and production performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, SHEQ, and R&D teams to support plant objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Manage improvement and capital projects from concept through startup and implementation.
• Conduct process evaluations, engineering studies, and pilot trials to identify operational enhancements.
• Utilize process modeling and data analytics tools to evaluate system performance and support decision-making.
• Develop project plans, scopes of work, operating procedures, and change management documentation.
• Coordinate activities with contractors, vendors, and engineering partners on project execution.
• Support process safety efforts, commissioning activities, control system improvements, and process troubleshooting.
• Present project recommendations and progress updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
