Saint-Gobain Aerospace is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer in the United States to lead WCM and Industry 4.0 initiatives, driving manufacturing efficiency and quality. You will collaborate cross-functionally to implement digital solutions and optimize performance across production lines.
The role requires a Engineering degree with 3+ years in manufacturing, experience with automation and data systems, and a strong Lean mindset.
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for leading initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and quality.
The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze, design and/or improve manufacturing processes utilizing Industry 4.0 and/or World Class Manufacturing (WCM) strategies to streamline operations and reduce waste.
This role will be responsible for leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions to optimize performance.
This role will also be responsible for reviewing and standardizing manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
