We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to work within the Continuous Improvement department. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and support, ensuring that currently defined manufacturing processes meet or exceed the teams target in terms of safety, quality, productivity and cost. They will also be expected to lead incremental improvement initiatives to optimise existing processes with focus on gross margin optimisation.
Whilst the successful candidate would ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing, recent graduates and applicants with transferable skills who feel they meet the requirements of the job description will be considered.
Competitive salary and benefits package.
The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $98,720 - 123,400 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
