Arcosa Wind Towers is seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive positive change in manufacturing. You will apply lean and CI methods to improve product quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety on the plant floor.
The role largely operates on 1st shift with occasional off-shift projects; candidate should be proactive, able to work independently and with a team, and comfortable in an industrial environment.

This individual will work within elements of the sciences of manufacturing and industrial engineering while keeping continuous improvement fundamentals at the forefront. The right candidate will use effective project management practices and be focused on identifying and implementing solutions to improve employee morale, product quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety performance throughout the plant. Generally, this position’s coverage occurs during 1st shift but flexibility to provide coverage for occasional projects and tasks occurring off-shift is essential. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and possess the aptitude and drive to take initiative to make things happen on their own.
