Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement Analyst for a three-month contract in the Seattle/Bellevue area. The role focuses on assessing ERS operations, shadowing frontline staff, conducting workshops, and mapping current-state processes to identify waste and gaps.

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced process improvement experience.
  • Proven experience conducting end-to-end operational assessments independently.
  • Strong experience identifying waste, delays, bottlenecks, duplication of effort, rework, operational friction, and manual workarounds.
  • Expertise in documenting current-state processes, workflows, handoffs, decision points, and exceptions.
  • Excellent facilitation, observation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience conducting job shadowing, workshops, operational observations, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate findings into practical recommendations and prioritized improvement roadmaps.

Continuous Improvement Analyst / (3 Month Contract) / Hybrid Work Schedule (2 Days Onsite) / Local Seattle, WA area candidates

Overview
  • We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Analyst to lead a comprehensive end-to-end assessment of a large-scale Emergency Roadside Services (ERS) operation. This is a highly visible consulting engagement focused on evaluating current operations, identifying process inefficiencies, and developing a prioritized improvement roadmap that will guide future transformation initiatives. The role is focused on assessment and recommendations rather than implementation.
  • This engagement is initially scoped for three months. However, there may be a possibility for extension if additional time is required to complete the assessment and final deliverables.
  • Lead a high-impact operational assessment with visibility among executive and operational leadership.
  • Influence future business process improvements and technology investment decisions.
  • Help shape a multi-year operational transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
