Pay Range

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst with the Office of Organizational Excellence, you will help Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) create a culture of quality by leading and coaching teams in identifying improvement opportunities, assessing performance, tracking metrics, collecting and analyzing data, and using quality improvement methods and tools. We are looking for someone who can think critically, identify gaps and opportunities, and facilitate solutions. You'll support projects and activities of the Public Health Infrastructure and Workforce grant, helping develop and improve processes, systems, and infrastructure on projects that support the department's workforce, align with the department's mission, and increase efficiency and quality across the organization.
***Please Note: This is a temporary one-year contract assignment.***
