Qualifications

Position Details:

• Full Time and Per Diem LVNs
• Must be willing to drive to different areas (LA/South Bay, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Ventura, IE)
• Shifts Available: 4pm-12am & 12am-8am
• Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $38.00

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational/practical nursing
• Current LVN license within the State; Hospice and Palliative certification preferred
• At least one-year experience as LVN/LPN
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation

Position Summary:

We seek experienced LVNs to provide continuous care and/or alternate shifts under RN supervision. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care, medical treatments, pain management, symptom control, nursing observations, patient and family education, and participating in care planning with the interdisciplinary team. Compassion, good communication, computer literacy, and comfort with electronic medical records are essential.
