Full Time and Per Diem Continuous Care LVNs

Must be willing to drive to different areas (LA/South Bay, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Ventura, IE)

Shifts Available: 4pm-12am & 12am-8am

Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $38.00

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses to work in continuous care and/or alternate and guaranteed hours shifts. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide care to hospice patients, including intermittent visits and shifts of skilled nursing care. Responsibilities include performing prescribed medical treatments such as pain management and symptom control, conducting nursing observations, educating patients and families about the disease course, care techniques, and health measures. You will participate in care plan development and implementation with the interdisciplinary hospice team.

You should have a compassionate attitude towards hospice patients and families, good communication skills, familiarity with electronic medical records, and the ability to work well with others.

Qualifications
