Qualifications

• One year of experience as an Emergency Management Program Specialist or equivalent.
• Five years of professional level experience in related fields such as continuity of operations, emergency management, homeland security, or program management.
• Two years of applied experience in at least two related areas such as program management or budget development.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level coordination for statewide continuity of government and continuity of operation activities across state and local government.
• Coordinate with ICC leadership and ensure continuity plans and exercises meet RCWs, EO, and directives.
• Serve as continuity planner in the SEOC Planning Section and liaise with agencies, Tribes, counties, cities and federal entities.
