Job summary

MSA is seeking a mid-level consultant in Arlington, Virginia, with experience in supporting Federal Government continuity and emergency management programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of relevant experience and strong communication skills, required to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include onsite support for a Federal client, advising on best practices, and coordinating stakeholder efforts. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with SharePoint and federal continuity certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years progressive experience required.
• Minimum three (3) years experience in Government Consulting or Homeland Security.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing onsite support to a Federal government client.
• Identifying and advising client on emergency management best practices.
• Coordinating stakeholders across the organization.
• Developing and maintaining program plans and policies.
