Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years in continuity, disaster recovery, IT operations, or risk roles.
Strong understanding of BC/DR principles and ITIL.
Ability to develop and coordinate recovery activities across stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication; present readiness to leadership.
Active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise continuity and IT disaster recovery policies, standards, and playbooks.
Perform business impact analyses and risk assessments for critical services and dependencies.
Coordinate continuity plans for applications, infrastructure, facilities, and vendors.
Plan, execute, and evaluate tabletop exercises and failover tests; drive remediation.
Collaborate with IT operations, cybersecurity, incident response, and vendors on resilience.
Produce metrics and reports for leadership and compliance stakeholders.
Lead investigations and guide root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
Provide training and mentorship on resilience best practices.
