• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years in business continuity, disaster recovery, IT operations, or risk management.
• Understanding of BC/DR principles and ITIL framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise continuity and IT disaster recovery policies, standards, and playbooks.
• Perform business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify critical functions and objectives.
• Coordinate continuity plans for applications, infrastructure, facilities, personnel, and vendors.
• Plan and evaluate tabletop exercises, simulations, and recovery tests; drive remediation.
• Collaborate with IT, security, incident response, and governance teams to integrate continuity requirements into projects.
