Job summary

MCC’s Continuing Education Division is seeking enthusiastic non-credit instructors to offer personal enrichment classes for community members. Classes are mainly held in evenings and on weekends at various Metro-area locations, including Fremont.

Instructors will develop and deliver engaging content across a wide range of crafts and arts topics. Opportunities recur throughout the year as new courses emerge, requiring instructors to adapt content and teaching styles to diverse adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and practical course content that enhances students' personal growth.
• Teach a variety of topics including arts and crafts, DIY décor, and other personal enrichment subjects.
• Schedule classes on weeknights and weekends at multiple Metro-area locations including Fremont.
• Create and update lesson plans and materials for non-credit learners.
