Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an entry-level dining team member. This role offers flexible hours to fit school schedules with weekend shifts and no late nights, plus free meals during shifts.

Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $20.00 per hour based on experience, with PTO and opportunities for growth. You will learn menu items, engage residents and guests, and accurately record orders while delivering a high-quality dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert.
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences.
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.
