Position

Contingent Worker Proofing Coordinator

Location: Hybrid – Cedar Rapids, IA or Farmington, CT. Eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance.

U.S. Person Requirement: Must be a U.S. Person (lawful permanent resident, U.S. citizen, or other protected individual as defined by U.S. law). This role does not require a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately identify onboarding worker’s U.S. Person or citizenship status based on provided documentation.
• Effectively communicate and partner with workers, sponsors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with Global Trade requirements.
• Utilize SOPs to process assigned work and meet operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with Human Resources and Global Trade policies and procedures.
• Manage and document assigned cases through ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent (AA/AS or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training) plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience with case‑management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred: Previous experience in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment; HR or Global Trade Compliance support role; shared‑service model; internal/external audit support; working knowledge of HCM systems such as Workday.
