You will collaborate with FP&A, engineering, procurement, and IT to implement process improvements, control costs, and ensure SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of costing and general accounting experience.

• Ability to gather and analyze financial data to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Capital Expenditure tracking and reporting; prepare monthly fixed assets journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze cost accounting data; assist with monthly cycle count and annual physical inventory.
• Support cost reduction initiatives with data and recommendations for business decisions.
• Prepare journal entries for month-end, quarterly, and annual close.
• Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations and related COS accounts.
• Assist FP&A in planning and forecasting cost of sales, inventory and capex.
• Lead special projects including software implementations.
• Analyze freight variances and monthly freight accruals; guide AP.
• Review open PO receipts to assess accrual adjustments.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with engineering, procurement, and IT.
• Lead S&OP process with operations; support audits (internal/external/SOX).
