Contents Technician – Restoration/Property Damage/Inventory Software

Location: Augusta, GA

Pay: $18–$22/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our client provides top-tier property restoration services in the residential and commercial sectors, specializing in damage from fire, water, mold, and smoke. Known for their compassionate approach and high-quality service, they stand out by helping customers through some of their most stressful moments with professionalism and care.

They are looking for you, an experienced Contents Technician, to join their growing team. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term growth potential in a high-demand industry.

What You Get To Do

• Pack, label, and transport contents from damaged properties
• Clean and restore personal belongings including furniture, electronics, and clothing
• Use digital tools to track inventory and document damage
• Assist on-site with photos, documentation, and estimates
• Communicate with clients in sensitive, high-stress situations
• Work closely with your team to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• 1–2 years of experience in contents restoration or related field preferred
• Comfortable with mobile technology and able to learn new apps/software
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs with help
• High attention to detail and integrity — you’ll be handling personal items
• Experience with Xactimate or ContentsTrack a plus
• IICRC certifications are a bonus
