Job summary

Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ is seeking a Contents Restoration Technician in Texas. The role focuses on delivering high-quality restoration services, including packouts, cleaning, storage, and related duties, to support remediation efforts for client contents.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of restoration experience, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is authorized to work in the United States. Flexible, full-time schedule with advancement opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in restoration, preferably within contents restoration.
• Bilingual English & Spanish strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inventory, packout, cleaning, vaulting, wrapping, staging, and packback of contents during cleaning and restoration.
• Follow all operations procedures and protocols on active jobs, in the warehouse, or commuting to locations.
• Move contents at client sites to enable remediation tasks.
• Operate iCat inventory software on a company-provided iPhone.
• Update Proven Jobs Desktop and Proven Jobs Mobile with job changes.
• Package contents carefully to prevent transport damage.
• Transport contents between client sites and warehouse.
• Maintain and operate equipment used daily.
• Drive the company’s 16-foot box truck and forklift as needed.
• Uphold corporate values and deliver quality customer service.
