Paces Restoration, An American Restoration Brand, is hiring for a Content Cleaner/Packer in Stockbridge, GA. The role involves packing, cleaning, documenting, and restoring personal belongings damaged by water, fire, smoke, or mold.

You will work in residential and commercial settings, ensuring safety and professional customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities include inventory, labeling, photographing contents, and preparing items for off-site cleaning or return.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Dependable and punctual; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pack and carefully handle household and personal belongings during restoration projects.
• Sort, label, inventory, and organize contents according to procedures.
• Load and unload daily job materials from properties and vehicles.
• Photograph and document contents before, during, and after handling.
• Clean and deodorize contents affected by water, smoke, fire, mold, or other damage.
• Wrap and protect furniture, appliances, electronics, clothing, and other items.
• Prepare contents for off-site cleaning, storage, or return to customer.
• Maintain accurate inventory of packed, cleaned, damaged, discarded items.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
• Communicate professionally with customers and maintain a professional appearance.
