Job summary

SERVPRO of New Hanover is looking for a motivated, reliable team member to join our Contents Division. This is a hands‑on role focused on cleaning, packing, and restoring belongings after property damage.

You’ll work as part of a team that takes pride in helping customers recover quickly and getting their property back to preloss condition—all while delivering on our promise to make it “Like it never even happened®.”

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed including moving furniture, cleaning structure & contents.
• End-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown; leave the jobsite clean and orderly.
