Overview

The Contents Restoration Technician reports to the General Manager and is responsible for providing excellent service to disaster victims and restoring property and lives with a servant’s heart. This role involves skilled contents cleaning and assisting project management with cleaning tasks for residential and commercial contents. Skills and Requirements
Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret safety rules, manuals, and communicate effectively in English.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of industry software, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and communication via mobile apps.
Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various formats.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, handle, reach, talk, and occasionally lift/move up to 75 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Work Environment: Moderate noise level typical of restoration sites.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
