Overview

Jenkins Restorations aims to be the restoration firm of choice in current and future markets while upholding Biblical values. The Contents Restoration Technician reports to the General Manager and is responsible for providing excellent service to disaster victims and restoring property and lives with a servant’s heart. This role involves skilled contents cleaning and assisting project management with cleaning tasks for residential and commercial contents. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee property locations
• Manage workflow of laborers
• Communicate with property owners
• Coordinate with subcontractors
• Participate in warehouse cleaning processes
• Pack, unpack, move contents and furniture (must lift 70-75 pounds)
• Assist in Mitigation and Emergency Services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements

Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret safety rules, manuals, and communicate effectively in English.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of industry software, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and communication via mobile apps.

Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various formats.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, handle, reach, talk, and occasionally lift/move up to 75 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Work Environment: Moderate noise level typical of restoration sites.
