Position Summary

The Contents Mover is responsible for safely packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and organizing customers' personal belongings and business contents. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring all items are handled with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack, wrap, and protect furniture, electronics, and other household or commercial items for transport.
• Load and unload contents safely while preventing damage to property and belongings.
• Transport items to designated locations following company procedures.
• Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean work vehicle and equipment.
• Complete inventory lists and document the condition of items before and after moving.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies and proper lifting techniques.
• Assist with content placement and setup at the destination.
• Report damaged items, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications
