Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is hiring hybrid technicians for pack-out/moving and contents cleaning. You will move, inventory, clean, and restore items while supporting warehouse tasks on a flexible daily schedule.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be prepared for physical work in environments affected by fire, water, or mold. Training is provided and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Strong physical stamina for moving, packing and warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Safely pack, load, transport, and unload customer belongings during pack-outs and move-backs.
• Operate company vehicles, including box trucks, with professionalism.
• Inventory, document, and organize customer contents using company systems and technology.
• Clean, sanitize, deodorize, and restore contents, textiles, furniture, and household goods.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including storage organization and quality control.
• Handle customer belongings with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Follow restoration and cleaning protocols.
• Adapt daily responsibilities based on workload, including field and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements.

Job Overview

SERVPRO is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Contents Division as hybrid technicians specializing in both pack-out/moving services and contents/textile cleaning. This position is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in moving, house cleaning, restoration, warehouse operations, or physical labor who are flexible and ready to adapt based on daily operational needs.

This role is not limited to one specific function—team members may be responsible for moving customer belongings, inventorying items, warehouse organization, detailed cleaning, textile processing, deodorization, and restoration support depending on workload demands.

We are looking for versatile team players who understand that priorities shift quickly in the restoration industry, and who are willing to assist wherever needed to support customers recovering from fire, water, or mold damage.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely pack, load, transport, and unload customer belongings during pack-outs and move-backs

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
• Clean driving record REQUIRED
• Ability to drive box trucks or willingness to be trained
• Ability to safely lift and move contents with team assistance when handling heavier items, following proper safety protocols
• Strong physical stamina for moving, packing, cleaning, and warehouse work
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability
• Willingness to perform both moving and cleaning duties as business needs require
